WHAT can be returned?
Any item proved to be faulty can be returned for credit or replacement. We do not accept returns for change of mind however.
WHEN do items need to be returned by?
Please notify us within 5 days of receipt of your order. We recommend opening and checking your shipment as soon as possible upon receipt.
WHERE do items need to be returned to?
Cavan will liaise with you to organise the most convenient return point based on your location. You can also return goods to our Main Showroom or Warehouses, although this will need to be organised and confirmed prior to return.

We will refund back to your original payment source, or offer store credit for use on future purchases.

Please return in orignal packing where possible.
Warranty Information
All products come with a warranty against defect.
The length of that warranty varies between products and is noted on our webstore product pages.
The warranty covers faults in materials and workmanship on Cavan's products
Should a warranty claim be accepted Cavan will either repair, replace parts or the complete product at their discretion to remedy the fault, free of charge.
The warranty extends only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
The warranty applies from the date of delivery and does not apply where Product has been used other than for the purpose for which is was designed. The warranty covers defects in material and workmanship. Normal wear and tear, natural variations are not considered defects. The warranty does not apply to damage caused by accident, neglect or misuse, or operation considered outside of the products intended use.
All repairs must be carried out by an authorised Cavan representative.
Warranty claims must be accompanied by proof of purchase, full details of the defect and any further documentation requested e.g. photographs. If requested the customer must make the product available for inspection by a Cavan representative for evaluation.
